RETURN & EXCHANGES
Remember you have 14 days to make a return of your order!
If you want to make a return check the following steps:
Send an email to email@example.com with your order number and reason you would live to make a return.
Prepare your order to be shipped back to us. Make sure products don’t get damaged and carefully close the package for it to have a safe trip!

If you want to make an exchange check the following steps:
You can exchange your order with a different size or color variation of the same design.
If you want to receive a totally different item, let us know when you get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only accept exchanges with products carefully sent back that don’t present any damage.
If you want to get a refund check the following steps:
You can send back your order and get a full refund.
Please note that refunds will be made back to the original payment source.
Products part of our ESSENTIALS category can be exchanged, but not refunded.
If you would like to get your return refunded to a personal coupon let us know via email@example.com.
Products on sale or bought with a discount coupon cannot be exchanged or refunded.
